Patient Photo Upload via the Patient Portal

Patients can easily upload their photo from the portal with just a few clicks! Just follow the steps below:

1. After logging into the patient portal, click on the MY PROFILE tab as shown below.
2. Then, click upload photo to browse photos stored on your computer to add to your patient photo.
3. After you select your photo, click UPLOAD PHOTO and VOILA! All done.
